4-Sale

It's Official...The Mach is For-Sale!!
Asking $35,000. Email corey@SlugBitchRacing.com.

2003 Mustang Mach 1 Torch Red Automatic. This car has been featured in Feb 2005 Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords, April 2007 Modified Mustangs, and May 2008 5.0 Mustang Magazine. The car took 3 place in the 2007 5.0 Mustang KOTS (King of the Street) Competition. The car has a Livernois Motorsports 5.0L Stroker with their Stage 3 CNC ported heads. A ProCharger F1-A SuperCharger pushes 25lbs of boost into the motor generating over 800 hp . The transmission is a Strip Terminator form Lentech and sports a fully automatic valve body with a transbrake and a 4000rpm stall Lock-Up Converter. The car has just over 30,000 miles on the odometer. I am selling this car with a virtually zero mileage motor and transmission. The car has already gone 10.12 @138mph on 17" Nitto Drag Radials and I totally expect this car to run in the 9 second range with a good set of tires.  Boost can be turned up into the 30+lb range safely with a pulley swap, which will be included with the sale of the car. The transmission can also support more than 1000hp and 800 ft/lb tq. There are several billet upgrades to the interior and engine compartment along with some autometer gauges. I have also wired in an Innovate Motorsports Wide Band Air Fuel meter and MAP sensor into the X-Calibrator 2 for data logging purposes. I am the original owner and have taken the car to the track on a couple of occasions over its life span. This car has never seen snow and has  been garage kept most of its life. I have just over $59,000 invested in the car and really do not want to sell it, but I need to use the cash for other projects. See the extended list of mods and pictures below to get a better idea of what is done to this car.  If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me via email at Corey@SlugBitchRacing.com

Mods and Rear Wheel Gains (Installed in this order)

X-Pipe/Cat-Back: 20hp/7ft/lbs
   K&N Air Filter: 6hp/9ft/lbs
      Autologic Chip: 13hp/21ft/lbs
ProCharger P1SC: 162hp/87ft/lbs

This video shows a direct comparission of Mustang Dyno vs. a DynoJet Dyno. It also shows the rear wheel horsepower gains from some simple bolt-ons.

Stock Chassis Dyno Numbers

       Mustang Dyno                     DynoJet

             227.1 rwhp    252.9 rwtq                          241.1 rwhp   270.8 rwtq

After a Bassani Off-Road X-Pipe, DynoMax Ultra Flow Mufflers, K & N Air Filter, and an AutoLogic Chip we picked up 39.3hp and 37.2ft/lbs of tq to the wheels.

280.4 rwhp    308.0 rwtq

After adding a ProCharger P1SC with a 3 Core Sheetmetal Intercooler the car picked up 162.4 hp and 86.5 ft/lbs of torque to the tires.

442.8 rwhp    394.5 rwtq

96-02 Mustang GT 4.6L-2V SVO Cylinder Heads. One Good head in perfect working order and one head that has a crack. Both heads have been milled .010 and have had a competition valve job performed by Flow Technologies. There are less than 1000 miles on these heads and they are a great upgrade for any 2v 4.6L motor. The head that has the crack might be repairable but is not guaranteed. You can purchase each of these heads individually from either Ford Racing or Steeda for $850 plus tax and shipping. If the cracked head is not repairable it is a perfect candidate to do some R & D on it for optimal port design. The pictures below without the valve train, outline the crack in the head. The other head is completely assembled and ready to be bolted on. Price includes both heads, but if you do not want to pay the shipping on the damaged head I can dispose of it myself. Asking $600. Damaged Area

Add approximately 35 horsepower over production 96-98 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L SOHC heads and up to 70 horsepower with Ford Racing’s Intake manifold.

An all new cylinder head assembly is considered to be the basic cornerstone for increased performance of the naturally aspirated engine. The primary design goal for the head is to provide increased airflow capability resulting in significant horsepower gain. Specific design features include:

Bolt-on interchangeability with the 96-98 Ford Mustang GT production head. All head faces (cam cover, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, and deck face) are identical to production. The head can be used with production or SVO intake and exhaust manifolds, and all other accessories in production position.

Larger inlet and exhaust valve size. Intake valve M-6507-D462 diameter has increased from 44.5mm to 46.83mm.Exhaust valve M-6505-D462 diameter has increased from 34.0mm to 35.88mm. Extensive flow development was done to optimize port contours to take advantage of these changes. Final test results show approximate airflow increases over production of 27% (intake) and 44% (exhaust). The above results are at maximum production valve lift (12mm).

Intake valve centerline has been moved 2.0mm closer to chamber centerline. This has the effect of unshrouding the intake valve, and making better use of the increased valve size.

Potential for high lift camshafts, larger valve springs, and additional racing port work at customer discretion.

Excellent quality chamber and port finish, 320-T6 aluminum casting.

Use of M-6067-D46 head changing kit recommended.

Quick Stats:

-Direct replacement for stock 96-98 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L heads.

-Will fit 99 Ford Mustang GT when used with Ford Racing Intake Manifold.

-Accepts production or SVO intake and exhaust manifolds

-46.83mm intake valve diameters (improves airflow 27% over stock)

-35.88mm exhaust valve diameters (improves airflow 44% over stock)

-320-T6 aluminum casting

-Perfect for Hi-lift cams, larger springs and custom porting & polishing

Centerline Auto Drag Wheels.  Front runners have a radial tire with almost new rubber on them. The rears have 275/50/15 BFG Drag Radials. There are approx 8 passes and 200 street miles on the rear tires. These tires have pushed my 92 Factory Stock car to 1.70 60ft times. All wheels have  been balanced and will include lug nuts. Notice the first picture to see how the wheels will look on your car. Asking $500 for all. Email corey@SlugBitchRacing.com.
