I would like to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! As you can tell by the current SlugBitch of the Month there is some rice hanging out on this American Muscle site. Due to the very long downtime on my Mach and the fact that it is For-Sale I needed to find a cheap yet interesting car to drive. The Scion xB seemed to fit the bill...32mpg and $16,000 out the door made it a perfect choice. As you can tell by my website I can't seem to leave well enough alone and have managed to start Modding the RiceBox. It currently sports a Magnaflow Exhaust and has a killer sound system with speakers so loud, they blow women's clothes off. I am working on new page dedicated to just the xB mods. Look for that to show up soon.

The new 5.0L motor is finally back in the car and running. I made alot of mid build changes which cause a lot of the delay in getting the motor back in the car. One of the major hold ups was the development of a 4v CNC program. My heads were used in developing a CNC program at Livernois Motorsports  for a killer set of flowing heads. You can see a video of my heads in the 5-axis CNC machine here. Also look for flow data in my Mach 1 Mod section. Another hold up was waiting on a newly designed set of valve springs that allows you to use all your stock hardware, unlike the Comp Cams setup which will cost  you almost $300 more. Below are a few pics of the motor swap and look for new dyno numbers in the next week or two.

I've done some minor long overdue updating to the web site. The clips section now list all the latest vidoes, the Mach 1 stats page is now up to date, and a few other minor things. I will no longer be updating the low-octane clips page...so upgrade your SlugBitch connection if you haven't already done so. I have also added another car to my 4-Sale page. The time has come for the Mach 1 to go...

2003 Mustang Mach 1 Torch Red Automatic. The car has a zero Mileage Livernois Motorsports 5.0L Stroker motor with a ProCharger D1SC SuperCharger. Transmission is a Strip Terminator form Lentech and sports a fully automatic valve body with a transbrake and a 3500rpm stall converter. I also have the original short block that will be included with the purchase of the car which is still functional and has 24,000 miles on it. The car has approx 27,500 miles currently on the odometer. I installed a new bullet shortblock at 24,000 miles and drove it for 3,500 miles before breaking two pistons. The damage was due to a set of faulty pistons. I have since had a Livernois Stroker installed and have run out of money for this project. The car should be tuned and ready to roll in the next week or so. I am selling this car with a virtually zero mileage motor and 3,500 miles on the Transmission. I totally expect this car to be able to run 10.50s without even trying. Boost has been turned up and should be in the 17-19psi range and will be verified on the dyno when the car is tuned. The car has gone 10.96 @ 125mph on the stock short block with 14lbs of boost. With the new Livernois Motor, boost can be turned up to 20+ lbs without any problems. The trans can also support more than 1000hp and 800 ft/lb tq. There are several billet upgrades to the interior along with some autometer gauges. This car was also featured in the Feb '05 Edition of Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords in the Mach 1 Shootout article, taking first place. I have just over $50,000 invested in the car and really do not want to sell it, but I need to use the cash for other projects. See the extended list of mods and pictures below to get a better idea what is done to this car. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me via E-mail.

The 96 GT Coupe has been sold. I am sad to see here go. I have gone from 3 ponies in the stable down to just one. Having just one Stang will allow me to enjoy my car more becuase I wont have to spend all my free time wrenching on the other ones. It was fun having 3 blown Mustangs but the upkeep was very time consuming...and EXPENSIVE! Speaking of money...check the progress of my latest project...a built shortblock for the Mach 1. Plans are to reach 600rwhp on pump gas and  get into the 10s on Nitto tires.
